I am havinf the same problem I am a born US citizen my husband had his GC interview on 3/21/08. We was very prepared the IO was straight to the point never looked at us much, but he left the room a few times, we were asked very little questions he wanted photos, bills & joint bank account statement. We have a house but it's in my name only but I inforned the IO that my husband credit was ruined in previous marriage My husband was married before I felt they asked him more questions about his previous marriage than ours, which was fine. My husband and I both work 2 jobs never been in any trouble with the law and our marriage is bonifide. We were told that we should rec'd a decision in the mail I am so puzzled by this my attorney said we did fine and nit to worry but after reading people experiences in this forum it it could be awhile before we hear anything. Any advice?
