Hello,

I am on h1b visa in USA. Visa Valid through 31-March-2000 to 30 Nov-2005.

My parents hold GC and due for their Citizenship interview in next month.

Which can be the best mode to fill GC for me
- Once my parents become citizen and they file my petetion
- My recruiter files
- Both, if there is no implecation on each other

File for both.

Your work based GC will be processed much faster.
Your family based GC will act as a back up
