Hi I am new to this fourm, any advoice would really really appreciated.
Ok here is my deal
I apply for the AOS, Sent in all the doucument that is requred except for the Proof of 1 year reasidence, I was not awear of that, Any how I got my Biometric almost like 5 month later, did my Biometric today 09/15/09
and my case status saying form March till now Case reacived and pending.
My qustion is
Why did they took so long to send me the Biometric appointment?
2nd would they request for the Proof of one year residence?
3rd why my case statu does not change?
4th after my biometric should the case status change?
5th why did they captur all my fingure?
6th why did they got my signatur and digetal photo?
7th is biometric code 3 a good sign?
Please any one help answer this qustions

com on u gona have very soon e-mail say Approval Notice sent.....
nowaday not take too long .............
bio code 3 include evrything 10 finger print, index print,signature and photo.........
next two week u will be approval
am from TSC
if u in TSC then then u will be soon approval believe me ..............

So long? Hey back in days people was waiting in line for few years.
I applied back in 2006 and it took them about 10 months to process the case. I got approved in 2007. And it was considered very quick.

Did you live outside US for certain period of time? If not don't worry

3rd why my case statu does not change?

No until your fingerprints cameback clear

They gonna run all your fingerprints, to be make sure you are criminal or not)

6th why did they got my signatur and digetal photo?

Digital pictures will be on your GC if approved, or on the Most Wanted poster if came back dirty

7th is biometric code 3 a good sign?

BIO 3 means - signature, fingerprints and photo

before i did my bio, my LUD read 08/07/2009. after i did my bio on 09/04/2009, the LUD changed twice: 09/06/2009, 09/08/2009

are these meaningful changes? does the first one mean they have received it and the second one mean that it came back clear?

silly but out of curiosity questions!
 
Well... it might be the FP and might be something else... no one knows.

If you really want to know the result of your FP, go ahead and call 304-625-5590, option 2, option 5, and then option 3 "Thanks Thankful"

It can be that they received and change the status, then start name check and change the status again. Im not sure, my LUD has never changed and yestrday i send email to USCIS office and they told me that they doing background check. But my LUD just saying received and pending. I don't belive in messages)))))

Can't wait when they update their website next week, seems like new CRIS will be much better)
 
I have a question (I do not remember if i asked it before)
but when you do a medical for gc application does the insurance cover it???
 
it will not cover the fees for the doctor filling the medical form "which could be $100-$300"

but you can take the required vaccines with medical insurance
