Green card and Advance Parole

Hi,
I am currently waiting for my visa number. My priority number is July 15,1999. So, I hope I'll get my visa number next month. My petition I-130 was approved. I am an unamried daughter of US citizen over 21 yrs old.

My question is:
When can I apply for Advance Parole after I submit the application I-485?
How long does it take to get the AP ( the processing time)? I would like to visit my relatives in Europe this summer.
Also, I don't have a valid I-94 form. After two extentions, the third extention was denied. I still have a valid tourist visa in my passport. Can I still depart from the US with Advance Parole? Will I have any problems with travelling back to US?

If you have an overstay you should not use the advance parole to travel outside the USA you will be subject to a 3-10 year ban based on your overstay.

An advance parole application has a 90 day processing time.
