Green Card & Canadaian Citizen -any Confilict ??

While Waiting for I-485, If somebody applies for Canadian Citizen. will there be any confilict? or has (s)he done anything against US or Canadian Law?
-I know if one gets CG frist (s)he loses the eligibelity for Canadain Citizenship, but what happens if (s)he applies while elegible then get GC then approved for canada?

Any input or experience is appreciated.

no not really, there are many canadian citizens who hold a green card.
as long as you satisfy residency requirements for both USA and Canadian GC, you should be fine.

You could apply for both residency. But when you approved.
you could not keep both for long
in other word you could NOT reside (legally) in two country at the same time.

-back to my question- about citizan ship-
I Know this is confusing but sorry i need some insight from people with Experience.

-If one have Canadian PR
-and becomes eligible for the citizenship of Canada
-then apply for citizenship while eligible.
-then get approval for GC of USA.
HERE COMES THE GRAY AREA SINCE( at this time one should legally give up the PR of CANADA)
-then approved for citizen of canada (propebly while ineligible)!!
the question is anything legally wrong with sequence of event?
any infraction of the LAW?

BIRDY NUM NUM, it\'s really tricky question and I think it\'s definitely a legal question. Did you ever approach a lawyer about some advise. If so, please post any details, I am also interested to find out. And I will keep searching for some people\'s advise, so pl. keep posting any info.
