Had a green card back in 1999, out of the country for more than 6 months and at port of entry in Detroit, Immigration took the green card. Was able to re-enter through other visas such as B1 for the last few years.
1 year ago, re-entered again as B1 visa, permitted for 3 months, extended stay for another 3 months, granted. But then stay illegal for the past 6 month. Daughter and son are US citizen, daughter is willing to apply green card. What's the chance? high? low? 50/50, 80/20?
