Called stupid help desk 800 375 5283

Checked with help desk 800 375 5283. Explained the situation. After a lot of repetition of case details, was told some notice will sent to me on the status.
Received notice on 09/10/2004. Absolutely useless. Says I enquired about the status (duh!) and the status is as given on the web site - which is my case approved and blah, blah, blah. No mention of the plastic card. Back to square one.
Yesterday I called again. This time I was told to wait for atleast a month from my earlier call to actually get the service (useless anyway).
My thirty days of wait will pass after 4 days.
I will them after a week and let you all know what happens....
