i am in very different situation than most of all.
i am in US on k3 visa. Moreover my I130 is also approved.
unfortunately in my case k3 was delayed due to some mistake at initial stage as a result of which, my both I129f and I130 are approved within a month time gap. As I130 takes long time to strike at consulate, i finalised and land in us on k3 visa. now i have following questations...
1. regarding green card -- shall i go for AOS or conceller processing as my I130 is expected at consulate by oct.2003.?
2. If i go for I130 at consulate, what doccuments are requires? i am asking this specifically as i want to know that shall i have to get regional and local PCC for I130 also, because i submitted both at the time of my K3 interview at consulate.
3. may i require any specific doccument from US before leaving for I130 interview?
