Hello,

I am a DV winner and I will receive my GC soon(I am from Romania). Unfortunately, for the next 4 years I have to be in Romania to continue my studies; but I want to mentain my permanent resident visa. If I come in every year, for all 4 years, in SUA for 1 month, it's posibil to loose my status?

what is SUA????
 
A re-entry permit is only valid for 2 years.

If you are able to take classes in a 6 months basis that would help but I am not sure, but if you were thinking to apply for citizenship then you should re-think about it.

If you are thinking to study outside but then just come for a one month basis (to stay in the US) then you are jeopardizing your permanent resident status.
 
10 years successfully passed

Really it is possible to stay for 10 years mainly out of USA, coming each year for a month or two, with no more than 11-month absence.
Each time at the passport control I was saying that I'm studying, and nothing really happened to me. But that's definitely jeopardy.
