Greatest and Latest Update on my Case From IO

Friends,

My PD is Nov 18 2003 and RD is Dec 28 2004 under EB2. Any EB2 approvals with PD and RD close to mine, please post here. I called IO and got the service reply that my case is pending additional security checks at this time.

Please share any info and thoughts here.

I don't see any EB2 approval posted for the past week or so. I'm in the same situation, only with PD/RD earlier than yours.

Any other EB2 cases around from late 2003, early 2004 who have seen any activity on their cases?

I havent seen any movement on EB2's. There are a few which have been reported but too few compared to EB3's. If there were so few cases to approve. I wonder what the retrogression was all about.

Any EB2 with PD May 03 and RD Oct 04 still waiting for magic email?

I am seeing lot of approvals from EB3 folks and very less EB2 approvals.
My PD is May 03 and RD Oct 04 with last LUD from 08/09/06, still waiting for my approval. We gave our last finger prints on 06/11/07.

Called NSC in first week and was told that every thing looks OK and she is going to forward our applications to some body by name Paul as my PD become current.

Called NSC second week and was told that NC is pending.

Called NSC third week and was told that my case in extended review. Not sure what “extended review” means? She didn’t provide any info on NC status and was told to open SR to know about NC status.

When my wife called on the same day, she was told that her application is in staging area and should wait 120 days for approval.

Really... it is very frustrating to deal with these NSC farmers.
