Guys,
One of my friends labour got apporved from dallas BEC on Nov 7th. We got the approval letter but the employer ( no lawyer) never got the ORIGINAL approved labour. Address was never changed and BEC had the right address.
We tried contacting the BEC dallas office but cant reach anyone there.
Any thoughts as to what me/my empployer need to do from here on?
Will going to dallas BEC help resolve my issue?
