Online status check is back

Folks,
It is back...I'm keep checking for this site every day multiple times..finally..

Mine is still 'IN PROCESS' (10/15/2002-CA-EB2-RIR)

Following actions might bring it down.. (just my guess)
1. Telling your attorney about this site
2. Checking other cases status (around our own case no)

In Prograss for mine 9/2002

It is IN PROGRESS for my case, but it is approving 6/2003 cases.

My status is in process.
which status is final stage(In Process or Data Review) before "Certified' ?

Mine is CERTIFIED and I asked an attorney to confirm. Once I hear from him and I will update my information.

try to change P<->D and query again, the case may be relocated to another center. just my guess

Recently, I was browsing this portal, and I got caught up with the remark of GREAT NEWS, ONLINE STATUS CHECK IS BACK. (this has to be good)

Since I have not received my 45 days letter, and my DOL number doesn't start with either D or P, by T I don't think I can check the status.

So to verify all the digits work or no, I went to ajb webpage And I did several search, and in some I received Data Review, and in some In Process.

This is where I got stuck. Check this URL.

You will find the Company Job ID: P-05122-84700 for the COOK. Put the number into the http://testlabor.doleta.gov/pbls/pbls_pds.cfm and see if it generates any response. The search will throw an error stating, No records matched your query, please check the case number.

Now since the case number has been assigned by PBEC, and the they are advertising it via AJB, how come this entry didn't get the positive result.

I don't think this website proves either of your cases in a right direction. There are still bugs in the system of DOL as always. What the hell, and they are assuming that this page go live by Monday, oh well, lets see what they will cook in Monday. Certainly our Chef is having a bad day thinking that will he ever can cook in American Dream Soil.???
 
Status CLOSED

Mine is also showing CLOSED. I sent an email to my attorney to find more about it.

I will update this threaD once I get a reply.

I talk to a live old man on 202# who refused to give status today but told me that so many guys are calling and it is not possible to check identity who am I ("We can't check identity who is on other line - employer or employee"). He told the website will be available from Monday.


However I called yesterday and as per 202# my labor is certified. How reliable this information?
