Hi Great Guru,

I have been a silent observant in this portal, and I have seen some valuable solutions from you. Iam getting little worried about the 3 yr BS degree issues. I hold 3 yr BSc in Computer Sciense & 1 yr Software enginerring diploma. I have around 9 yrs of post qualification experience. I got my labor approved under PERM EB2. I see a lot of messages that I-140 will be denaid with my education background. Is this true? Is there any option i can use to overcome this. I anxiously wait for ur reply..

3 Yr degree for EB2 is always a problem in the I 140 level. Unless your attorney get your credntial evaluated and make it a strong case, you are at risk. Other alternate, if you could delay your I 140 filing for 3-4 months, you can take couple of courses from community college and keep as a back up for addl one year (4yrs total)

Thanks Great Guru, I already have 1 yr of additional diploma is software engineering which will be 4 yrs total. I will check with the attorney about the credential evaluation. Please let me know if there is anything else i need to take care of..
