Great Guru and Seniors, Please Help

Dear All,
I am planning on changin my job, my position(title) in Company A is Technical Recruiter and am moving into SAP Consulting, so the position (title) in Company B would be Programmer/Analyst or ERP Business Analyst or similar, so was wondering if it would be a problem at USCIS to get my H-1 B transfer processed.

Your advice/inputs would help me a great deal.

No problem but you must have sufficient documents to prove your skill sets. (From recruiter to consultant) (CS Degree, experience and training certificates etc).
