Graphic Design TN

I have a 2 year college degree in Print Media (Graphic Design)

I was at the border yesterday with everything applying for TN status. They were very nice and supportive. He told me that because I only have a 2 year degree, that he needs to see a letter from a previous employer stating I was employed with them for at least a year working as a graphic designer. 2 year college degree plus the year at my past job is 3 years.

So I got the letter from the last place I worked at and now I'm all set... anyone else on here apply for TN status as a Graphic Designer?
 
This is a perfect example where a border officer knowingly misrepresents the requirements for a TN.

I suspect that they got a good laugh after you left, knowing that they woulb be able to HAMMER you when you showed up at the border with your diploma and 1-year letter.
 
I saw the part about the 3 years experience too. I just figured the CIS guy cut him a break. Hopefully he gets the same guy.
