I am USC waiting for my married son arrival with a family about August 2008.
They are already approved , case is in VC. As far as I know I have to pay
$1010 for each one of them for 1-485. What about their baby ? Should I pay another 41010 ? Or baby wil be just added to the application without additional fee?

are they going through consular processing or are they arriving on non-immigrant visas and are planning to apply for AOS?

it sounds like they will be doing consular processing. If so, you probably already paid for DS-230, affidavits, visas and such. They may be able to pay part of the sum at the consulate.

$1,010 fee is for AOS, and it doesn't look like that's what they are doing.

VC - where is the case exactly? Did you mean NVC? so, it's not even at the consulate yet?

Yes, they go through consulate to get immigration visas. Priority date is 2000 july. I hope next summer they go to consulate. Approved case is in National Visa Center. As far as I know a baby( which is on the way) is getting visa too.
I worry about expences, because fee increased. Will I pay for 2 or 3 beneficiaries?

fees increased for AOS, not for consular processing. You have a choice of paying their consular fees or letting them pay the consular fees, I belieive.

Since the baby is getting a visa, there will be a visa fee for him as well.

AOS is Adjustment Of Status not Affidavit Of Support?
And what is DS-230?
So if they live abroad they don' t have to pay for I-485? What exactly they have to pay or I have to pay?

AOS is adjustment of status. Not Affidavit of Support.

DS-230 - application for an immigrant visa.

If they live abroad, they cannot file I-485.

NVC will inform you of what you have to pay.
