i was in the student visa in the usa since august 2007. i recently graduate from Bergen Community College in august 2010. Unaware that i have to reapply in the same college or have to transfer i started taking classes at the same college . and now when i went my internation student advisior for my back home trip( Purpose: to stand in interview of F3 peteion file schedual for 15th december 2010) she said since ur graduated ur on out of status in the USA since the day of ur graduation and the grace period of 60 days also have been past and there is nothing she can do for me.
yh but during this time i haven't did anything illegal, i have metioned 12 credits , take regular classes, even worked at oncampus job and get paid for it by check...(if it helps)
i feel messed up real bad...don't know what to do?
how much these out of status thing affect my immigration visa, will it be denied for sure ir is there any other way...
