My husband and I are graduate students. We both receive a stipend that is higher than our household's required income. We are using his income (he is the US citizen) for the paperwork, but we are unsure if we need a co-sponsor.
Our income is not a grant, He only had a grant income for a month last year. We pay taxes on our income. But we are set to graduate around a year from now. Do we need a co-sponsor?
