Did you receive the notice directly
from VSC or through your attorney?

I received it directly from the Service Center. From applying I-485 on, I have been getting every notice directly. So I don\'t know what my lawyer did, but I don\'t have any complaints about that. If nothing else, it cuts down the time of communication between my lawyer and me.

I guess I missed these details in the original post, didn\'t I? Well, lawyer mailed the application on 30th Nov 2000. RD was 12/01/2000 and ND was 12/15/2000. Hope this answers your questions.

No, actually not. I did call the IIO one time to find out EAD status about a month ago, but not regarding the FP. Don\'t worry, you will get it. It is just a matter of time.
