Got the email for myself and my wife

On July 16, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before you get your new card call customer service.

Yes It is approval.
nebraska has started approvals it looks like.
However, it is approving based on PD and not RD as earlier romoured.

Any way, Enjoy the freedon GC brings with you.

Where there any LUDs

Could you post, if you saw any LUD and or Staus change before approval?

It doesn't look like they are processing by PD either. It's a blackhole..no one knows what rules are being followed.
 
LUD's

I did not receive any LUD's before today. The last one I had was 02/07 for the case transfer from CSC to NSC
 
Clearly at NSC they are processing by PD, well somewhat as compared to TSC. At TSC people with PDs of 2005 have already got approved...NSC is doing 2001, 2002, 2003 PDs but absolutely no1 with PD in 2005 has got approved!
