Got the Approval letter

Got the the approval letter from INS.Boston Post Office redirected to me (CA) all the approval letters of me ,my wife and kid.But in the letter , they mentioned to go to Boston for stamping.
Since I am now in CA, anybody faced a similar situation?

Can I go to CA INS and get it stamped?

The plastic card will come irrespective of the stamping or only after getting stamped, the plastic card will get processed?
 
Congrats....I think you should be able to have it stamped in CA as long as you bring the approval letter with you.
 
You can go anywhere

YOu can get it stamped in CA. I hope you have provided INS your current address. If not call VSC and update your address and also send AR-11. Your local CA INS office could verify that you have moved to new location and stamp on your passport.

You have to go to local INS fill in a form (i-89) and give your signature and thumb print. Then only you get your plastic card.
