my nd is jan 14 2002.i cis did not update my case after sending my medical and G-325a on 09-28-05.on 11-03 05 they updated me after i re-sent them copies. i did my bio 3 on 10-07-05.after i got tired of checking my mails,i decided to call #800,not expecting much but the lady i talked to ,said i should get response from cis 60 days after i sent my rfe.she took all my info and said she will file somthing for me on the system.i know some asylee have waited more than 60 days after they sent thier refs before approval but let see if that is going to help.

I was wondering...was your application transferred from NSC to TSC?
If yes, how did you manage to talk with TSC?

Africa, Please don't get me wrong but if something happens that's not for that sweet operator you just spoke to. Them operators don't know more than you. Sometimes or I would say most of the times either they tell you things like that so we all hang up the phone with high satisfaction & start counting days but after that time line finishes you probably call back again & 9/10 chances are next one won't be very sweet but very rude & say we are dealing with ND 1900 so wait another century & we will notify you when your turn comes.
Africa don't worry your case is just fine. You will be approved soon or later. I have seen ND 2002 approvals in this forum so don't panic. If you feel frustrated as we all asylees often do just look at me, Lazer,Cody & so many others who's ND 2000 but still waiting !!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know what crime we commited but for some invisible reasons USCIS IO's simply don't like our case files & they don't do nothing rather they could be in Bahamas on vacation for the next 10 yrs & we poor souls keep paying for their vacation deals.

Well, when 800# asks for your receipt number, don't enter it. then some customer service guy will pick up your phone. u just directly tell them that ur case was transferred from nsc to tsc and the system will automatically direct u to nsc." hopefully the guy will direct u to the right place or he or she will actually delivery some sort of notes to communicate with tsc and to let them solve ur concerm.
