Guys, i am reopening this thread,
I married to USC and she is in college living in florida and i work in connecticut and as she is student she doesn't earn but my salary is truth around 90k and i have this job for past 3.5 years and how should i file I 864 form?
- which forms do i need to file ?
- Would my income be sufficient to sponsor me and her b/c i am the intending immigrant ?
- As we don't live togather, would that be issue as a sponsoring point of view or any other issues ?
-I was going through couple of threads and was confused between TAX TRANSCRIPT and COPY of TAX RETURN (W2, 1099, 1040) ?
