Guys, Don't know what it is may be an EVL and the standard RFE format. Is there a good Lawyer for AC21 in south-east.

Gurus , I am in the same boat , Can anyone tell how much time we get to reply the RFE. and what is the best and worst case scenario of the result of the RFE from the INS .

In the worst case situation how much time can we stay in US with only EAD.Is it till the expiration of the EAD ?


Any approximate timelines will be helpful !!

Generally it's 84 working days from the day notoce was issued. i think it is enough time, if you know what the rfe is.

You got an RFE. So why are you asking for best/worst case scenario ?
And what is the qn about how long you stay in US etc etc ? An RFE ,
I thought, needs a response , depending on what's being asked for. That's
all.

Guys, I am asking the worst case scenario becasue I am working on EAD and my 6 years are over on H-1. In the case of Ac21 if they approve well and good. If they deny I am trying to see the alternatives for me.

Appreciate your opinions on this one.

ac21 is a statute today, a law. Why do you think they won't approve it ?
