Got RFE today

After a long long wait , i got aletter today for RFE :

1. G 325 A
2. Submit evidence that you have been physically present in the US for at least one year ; from the date you were admitted as an asylee.
3. Your application is missing documentation establishing your identity. The Service requires photocopies of Identity documents that clearly show the facial features of the applicant and the applicant's biographical information.
Submit a current photo identity document such as passport showing your picture, name and date of birth; a drivers license , or other type of photo ID ,issued by a goverment agency , showing your picture , name and date of birth ; a birth certificate with photo ID ; or a National ID document witha photo. The identity document photocopy must clearly show the facial features of the applicantand the biographical information.



My question is : ABout photo ID : Can I submit my current NY driving license and EAD color copy or Travel document copy. I do not have a national passport or driving document from my home country.

And what should i submit for proof of me physically present in USA ; any suggestion please i need your help.

Wow!
I can't believe they're still processing 1999 cases, I thought they shoud've been done with them by now.
 
Yes submit a copy of your drivers license, color if possible and a color copy of your travel document and color copy of your EAD. Make sure ALL match. Meaning all have the correct name spelled, BIRTH DATE, address.

Put the original RFE letter on top with clearly marked copies of what you are submitting or put a letter stating you are submitting "Page 1-Identity Verification Evidence-Copy of Drivers License" etc

Make a copy of everything for your records and send it certified with return reciept through USPS.

I have previous phone bills and rental bills. I dont know what else can i submit. Can you pls help me with this. Thank you again.

a copy of your lease, cancelled checks for your montly rents or mortgage payment.
