Got RFE on 140

1. How much time does USCIS gives to respond the 140 RFE?
2. Any ideas how long will USCIS takes to act after receiving the 140 RFE?
3. Is there a different online message for RFE then it is for "intent to deny"?

1. How much time does USCIS gives to respond the 140 RFE?
-- you have 90 days time to respond to the RFE.
2. Any ideas how long will USCIS takes to act after receiving the 140 RFE?
-- From 2-3 days to couple of months.
3. Is there a different online message for RFE then it is for "intent to deny"?
-- dont know about this one.

Usually intent to deny does not have a different message. For them it is a letter that they have sent you. For denial the message does not change to denial at all.
