got RFE in fax

Hi,

Just got RFE from lawyer that INS faxed to her, the online status has not got changed , the yasked to use expedite mail back to them.


last 3 year w-2
year 2003 tax return (Federal)
last 3 pay stubs

ND.around Feb.9
Rd. Feb.20.2002
Wac-02-114--5----

My applecation RD was FEB, 4, 2002 - wac02105** and have not recived second FP yet ? what is going on ?
 
Seems, USCIS improved service by using fax and phone.

My attorney received a call today from USCIS asking for my wife's G-28 and providing fax number. We changed attorney in replying RFE, and the new and worse attorney forgot this.

On the Fax,
first page is a fax cover letter, telling where the fax is from, such as BCIS divisions and ws number (I guess it is work station number who is handleing my case),
The 2nd page is the RFE detail, has my Alien Number, wac number, and the document they need (I have listed it above)...
