Got RFE (i-485) but still waiting for Approval

Hi All,
I got my RFE in Nov 2002 and replied in Dec 2002. Called BCIS many time and got the same fucking story taking 20 months etc. Could you please add your info, if you got and Replied RFE but still waiting for Approval.

The only difference is that I got the RFE about 3 weeks back ... besides that, same old ...

Replied last month, website updated RFE

received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 160 and 180 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less

Hello123,

Your FP has expired as of today ( March 2002 : 15 months timelimit over ) .. If I correctly recall somewhere in the forum, someone had mentioned that finger prints should be valid when the case is approved.

So if that is the logic then you may recieve a 2nd FP notice ( I mean another RFE) before approval .. Would that be correct ?? (Wish I am wrong ..)
