GOT RFE for EAD. HELP

My husband has got RFE for EAD asking for new photographs. How long does it delay the process?

Expect a 2-3 week turnaround time after the new set of photographs is received by VSC. So, in all (taking into account time to resend photos etc.) it will delay the entire process by 3-4 weeks. Hope this helps.

My wife got RFE for photographs. We sent it on Nov 20, INS received on Nov 24 (according to AVM) and no card yet. Last week when my wife called IIO, she was told that they have ordered the card (but AVM does not say that).

I also got RFE for EAD on Jan 2 as per AVM, did not get a letter yet. I do not know what RFE is about and that worries me. I already got AP and there was nothing wrong whith the photograph then. So I am puzzled what this RFE could be about. Is there any one who has been in a similar situation? Any input is highly appreciated.

We got RFE for photograps and after 4 weeks went to local INS and got the WP. Just have to wait for 90 days from notice date to go to local office. They are very strict on the 90 days.

My lawyer told me that so far they have received RFE only for photograph reason with regard to EAD.

Did your husband get AP or ever applied for it? In case he got it, was his photo OK for AP?
Do you know how long has it been between VSC issued RFE and your lawyer got it?
In my case, it has been 10 days since RFE issue by VSC but the lawyer did not get it in the mail yet.
