got passport after h1b stamping FYI

I sent the passport on April 17th in priority mail.
It reached St Louis on April 19th
The visa issue date is July 25th
I recd the passport on July 30th.

Was this first time H1 stamping?

Please let me know if this was first time H1 stamping case. I am F1->OPT->H1 Approval and need a stamp. I am not sure if I want to go to Canada or Mumbai for a stamp.

Please can someone tell me if i can send my passport to St. Louis or Washington and get a first time stamp and also how much time and what documents required? Any URL will be helpful.

you can't send your PP to SL, you will have to go outside country to get the visa stamp.

renewal of H1B

Mine is not first time,

This is my thrid h1b stamp on passport.

As fas as I know we cannot get first time stamping USA.
