I've Completed the Interview and went to INDIA for vacation for a month.

I'm back in USA now.

I got the OATH letter now.

My question:
On the back of the OATH letter says "Have you been to abroad after the interview?"

If YES means
Do I need to bring any travel document(s) as a proof of
my visit to India on the OATH Day ?

Yes you need to let USCIS know how long you were out of the country. the form should provide some space for that.

Usually, you just check in a YES or NO.
The CIS officer collecting the oath letter will make a determination on whether to review this further or not.
Keep your travel documents with you.

Just answer yes and bring your Indian passport to oath.
