Just wanted to share that I got my name check results today. It took the FBI 3.5 months to reply. Thay're sort of useless to me now, but still interesting. It seems a second set of name checks was done once my case arrived at the Miami local office. Someone once had a theory on this forum that only 1 name check is done. This is obviously not true.
Here is a copy of the email:
"I am responding to your email dated October 12, 2004, concerning your name check status.
The FBI completed a record check for you on December 24, 2002, and also on August 3, 2004. The results were forwarded to the U.S. Citizenship
and Immigration Services, Washington, DC."
