Got N-652 form - A decision cannot yet be made. (was given to other guys also and they said its mainly because they didn't had enough time). I did passt the test. Is it normal? How much more time it might take? Is it advisable to follow up?

Most likely your IO needed a supervisor to look over your case file.
Give it about 45 days and then start inquiring with USCIS if you don't receive a response by then.

Are you from any specific country on the watch list? anything irregular in the application?

Nothing that I can think of. The officer mentioned that he needed time to review the docs. Surprisingly, both of us got it. In the beginning, he asked me several times if I wanted name change and told me that I could take OATH at 3PM if I don't want name change. My wife's application was w/o name change and straight.
