Got my RFE for Second AP

Got my RFE for Second AP.

They wanted 2 photos with the frontal view.

As I did online filing and took digital photos at ASC for EAD, AP, I thought I need not send actual PP photos for AP.

So, I will be sending this.

Still sweating for 140 and 485.
EB3 /RIR/TSC/PD: SEP 2001
140: RD- 12/12/03, LUD: 11/02/04 ( Election day unlucky guy)
485 : RD -12/31/03
EAD 1, AP 1 - AD:2/20/04
EAD 2, AP2 - RD: 12/13/04
FP:11/6/.04
No LUD on anything and no approvals.

Real sweating !! 2005 started with this RFE.
 
May'04 we recv'd-- RFE for 3rd "AP" stated that missing photos for me & my wife. mailed photos after 3 weeks we got an approval notice.

And Jan 1st 2003- got RFE for I-140--finally everything went o.k. 485 approved- dec 28th 04 -- so, don't worry- just relax.
