Got my GC (I-485 was approved)

Folks:

Just got an email from CRIS saying that Production of new card. I am very happy now and thank you everyone in this forum. My GC got approved in just 102 days since submitting my I-485. I have only one LUD today for card production ordered after FPs. But my dependent I-1485 got LUD on 01/31 and 02/01 and an RFE.

Congrats! That's great news. Do you know what the RFE was for yet?

Wish you could get your money back for your Advanced Parole that's only 3 weeks old!

Thanks jk0274. I must also that IO at NSC (spoke to he ron JAN 7TH) - she emailed her supervisor to separate my file since my FP/NC was clear. Then during repeted calls I was told my file is with an officer and finally got my GC.
 
CONGRATULATIONS Lakksh - That is great news. just about 3.5 months. Hopefully its just paperwork for your dependant. Please keep us posted.
 
Congrats Laksh. Thats great news. Enjoy your freedom. I hope your wife RFE is also solved soon. I am planning to sign contract with your lawyer for EB1 EA soon. Thanks for your referral.
 
Congrats, lakksh. My I-140 (EB1A) got approved at the same time your got approved. But you submitted your I-485 in October to NSC while I submitted mine in July to TSC. I can see now that submitting the file in July to TSC is really not a good thing. I got the FP notice just now with the appointment on 2/7/08!
So NSC does pick up some speed now.
 
Congrats, I am waiting for my name check to be cleared(spouse has been cleared). Hopefully not getting to blackhole.

Applying GC for parents -

Since my parents are in Mumbai India was wondering if anyone has used the CP for processing their parents GC. How is the timeline /processing times?

My brother is single can i apply him as a "dependent" to my parents ?
