Got my EAD, Finger Printing is done Apr 02, Company Goes Under

I was working for an employer, and my 485 is filed on 2nd Nov 2001, and receipt date is 26 Nov, 2001.

I got my EAD in March, and got my finger prints done on April 02, 2002.

Now I heard that my employer is closed/closing the business. I am working as a consultant at a client\'s place, and they are ready to hire me.

I am concerned about my 485 status. Can anybody help me with this.
