Got My 797c and Tn valid till 22 Nov

Hi every one.
I applied for my TN extension and Got my I-797c today.My Tn is still valid till 22nd Nov.My question is
1) Can I still go back-and forth to canada till Nov 22
2) If I go to Canada now,will it be considered abandoning of my I-129?

If you go back canada, not affect your I129 anymore.
Do you get your Tn renew by mail, how long do you get it?

I applied by mail on 23 July and as per the web site they are processing 03APRIL 06.... so I guess 3 months of wait.
