Got married recently. My GC is still in process. Experts Please help..

I got married 2 months back. I filed my GC as a unmarried person via concurrent filing a while back. I have my EAD approved. I-140 is still have to be approved. My wife has already come to US on spouse visa.

1) I am very confused about the paperwork that I need to file so that my wife's GC also get's in process with mine. Experts please help.. Can I file for my wife's GC at any time before I actually get GC in hand or is there a stage in GC processing before which I have to file?

Relax..you are worrying too much..Just file her I-485 will all papers. no need to refile your I-485.
 
Hi, Thanks for your response. I appreciate it. But I am still confused about what other papers would I need to file with I-485? And also will I be needing "Affidavit of Support"? If so, than will it be I-864 or I-134? And also what about the time deadline by whiich I have to file her paperwork?
 
other forms that have to be filed along with the i-485 are medical reports, biographical info, @ the affidavit of support

you can only sponsor an immigrant through affidavit of support if you are a us citizen or a legal permenant resident
