Got LUD ON 485 on 8/1 and 8/2

Good , i don'nt know whether it is good or bad , but something is happening :)

I guess we will see that light at the end of the tunnel very soon.

sannams, I'd say that you should expect a "Card Production Ordered" message within the next couple of days! :)
 
sanamms, my case dates are similar to urs, but I did not see any changes, from last 3/15, i am sick and tired of seeing 3/15 , my PD Sep03,RDSep04, Xfer 3/15. I applied my EAD 20May, No news on any applications..my curr EAD would be expiring soon..i am waiting..for EAD ..leave abt GC..I lost hopes..IO on phone keeps saying EAD is with officer since, one month..i am not sure..what is he doing..sitting on the applica..all sucks..
 
I gave up for the past one month after I didnt see any update. I logged in today and saw my LUD was updated to 7/31.
 
sannams, We share the same case detail. Since I received an RFE recently, no wonder there is activity on your case too. Good Luck

I guess you should get EAD anytime now, you should see some LUD also, i completely understand sickness of seeing same LUD for months together, it is very discourageing, but keep your hopes up , you will hear somthing within a week.

i hope those LUDs mean something. I had LUDs on my wifes case on 8/1 and 8/2. However on my case I had few LUDs in the beginning of July and nothing happened since then,

our EADs got approved at the end of July...

LUDs are seen on both primary and dependent cases.

Thanks. How did ur call go? our receipt dates seem so similar too :)

My call was confusing to say the least.....she said that my application was tagged for approval....she said I could hear in 30 days....then she put me on hold for 5 minutes.....she came back and I asked NC cleared since I was in NC per Infopass, she checked and said yes NC pending...only FP clean....then she said no approval for me ....

Well anyways, we will see what happens. My guess is something is going on with NC cases. We have seen some recent approvals of EB2 folks filed july-sep last year. Since we were severly retrogressed then, most folks who applied then got approval in less than 3 months. The remaining bunch from that lot are mostly NC cases. Some are getting approved now...wondering what may the reason....

LUD on 7/13, NC pending? Confusing ...

I got a LUD on 7/13 on my pending 485 but nothing happened after that... Seems like, I got struck with Name check but not sure why LUD?

1st FP - March 2005
2nd FP - Never Got
1st,2nd &3rd Ead's are approved and also 2 APs.
VSC ->TSC,March 5th 2007

7/13 LUDs on all 485 (including spouse & Kid)

7/24 -> Applied 4th EAD.

7/30 Called TSC I/O -Pending Name Check from FBI. She told me that they did not receive anything from FBI since 03/05.

8/2/07, Info Pass -> She told me my FP’s are expired & we are reviewing your case? She asked me to write directly to TSC for 2nd FP.

Your FP is expired, you need to act now , some people i heard they requested for FP, write to TSC ask them send notice for your FP.
 
biometric on 31 July and lud change on I485

I went for biometric code -2 on 31 July and by 31st night ( around 8:00 central time) LUD on I485 had changed to 7/31, today it changed again to 8/1...I hope this is a positive sign though I know that today all categories are unavailable.

My case was transferered from local office to TSC in early july ( from what I found thru infopass appointment)
 
Nobody knows whether is is a good sign or bad sign, i am hoping they will start approval trend again for august pretty soon.

You should get approval soon. My second FP was done on same day and also my 4TH EAD got approved on 6/30/2007 after EAD FP on 5/30/2007.
LUD on approved I-140 on 7/7/2007. Card Production on 7/18/2007.

residence since 7/18/2007. Expires 7/18/2017. I think they give the residence data on the card production date.
