got laid of 2 months before 180 day\'s , GOT EAD,and FP
Hi,
I got laid off 2 months before 180 day rule, I got my EAD and FP notice.
However my company did not inform INS about the lay off.
And my 180 day\'s are now completed as of Jan 30th.
will there be any problem approving my I-485 , will i get any obstruction.
Will they ask for any Paycheck\'s , is it ok if i get the employment letter from a new employer.
Can i work on my EAD at present.
help me out please.
