Got labor approved when will get EAD

Hi,

My husband has applied for his GC in march 2005. on march 2007 his labor got approved. Can anyone tell me how long from now it will take to get EAD.

At I-140 stage you can apply for EAD

You can apply for EAd at the 2nd stage I-140 only when priority date is current...so when you apply for I-140...and at the same time you can apply for EAD and Advance Parole.
