Got an EAD and Changed jobs on Jan 29 2002 using the AC21 Rule did not inform INS about the job change
Previous employer canceled H1 and informed INS so they sent me an RFE on
Mar 18 2002 for Employment verification and Birth certificate
Responded to RFE on Apr 19
Heard on AVM yesterday that the case was approved and a notice was mailed on May 22nd

The questions is since all Local INS offices now need appointments for EAD\'s and stuff does the same hold true for getting the stamp ? Anybody know

Congrats, Could you please tell us, "When AVM Changed to RFE Received".

I sent RFE on 5/14/02; No change in AVM (Still, it says RFE Was issued on ...)

Congratulations and I had stamping experience in Cincinnati

last friday.. It was cool.. I was told by one of my friend that the rush on Friday\'s is less.. No need of Prior experience..The address is 500 Main St, Federal Building, but suite# is changed and I don\'t think INS NSC didn\'t update that yet..So, there is a different Suite# on the approval notice... Check with scurity officer in the building and he will guide to the right place..
