got I140 RFE ..help me in this

Hi to all,
please help me I ‘m new to this forum
I got I-140 RFE after appeal asking they need G28 form from my attorney

I applied thru EB2, concurrent filing .already submitted RFE

no change in LUD.,can any one got like this RFE or can any one reply can I apply 2nd I 140 again , b’case no reply from VSC till now .that too from Oct ’05 its going to Nov’99 like that…

I-140, I-485 RD 01/05/2005
I-140,I-485 ND 01/06/2005
FP Done on 02/16/2005
I-140 RFE 03/2005 (Ability to pay)
I-140 deined 04/21/2005
I-140 MTR/Appeal 05/2005
I-140 LUD 07/2005,
I-140 RFE 07/2005 ,RFE sent 07/2005, no change in LUD

so please help me …my H1B ext for 7th year ends this year ending also
so can i apply for 8th year extension ????..its going to approve or not....
No update from INS, so can I apply for 2nd I-140 &485……….
Post ASAP got any answer for this issue.

Hi!
My I140 has a rfe same as yours "ability to pay" I was advised by my lawyer to get a H1b1 done thru a separate employer "reliable one" and have a perm done thru them in case the 140 blows up.

I am on my 7th year of h1b1. If you have copy of the 140 approval or receipt notice you can/may get 3 years h1b1.

When you do get a new perm done do not try eb2 if you do not have a 4 years degree. USCIS is rejecting 3 year degree+PDGCA(1.5years).
