Got H1 Transfered - what should be my next step

Good Day!!

I got my 1st H1 stamped in 2005.
I got my H1 transfered in Aug 2006.
After that I went to India and returned (Sept 2007) 5 days before expiration of my old H1.
So got I 94 valid till 2009.
Now I am planning to go for stamping with my new H1 as I have to go to India in Feb 2008.
What should be my next step?
Where should I get it stamped ? India / Canada / Mexico ?
I hold Master's Degree (MCA) - Please suggest..
Also please guide me the procedure to apply for stamping.

hi,
thank you for the suggestion, but as I mentioned I was in India for more than a year (Aug 2006 - Sept 2007) in India - Chennai consulate they will ask n number of questions and try to put as many number of queries as possible.. if by chance something goes wrong I will not be allowed to return to USA..
so I am planning to go for counseling in Canada..
