Got Greencard without AP

My wife was on EAD and AP. But she left the country due to a family emergency before renewing her AP. That is, we didn't even apply for AP. Her AP expired while she was in India. But she got the green card on May 2nd.

What kind of problems will she have if she comes to U.S.? Will there be any problem in the port of entry?

I assume she would, but you can send her the Green Card using FedEx or UPS to ensure that she gets it, and then she can use that to enter the US. When I was abroad with a Refugee Travel Document, my mom received my Green Card, sent it to me, and all was well
