Hi:

I got my GC and during the GC process, I had stayed with my sponsoring employer for 1 and a half years but after a project since they couldnt find me another project, I left them and joined another employer.
So I left my employer when I hadn't gotten my GC.
I then got my GC in 2005 by which time like I mentioned, I was with another employer.
So I had availed of AC21 even though I hadn't sent any letter to the INS.
My question is, will I face any problems at the time of citizenship?
If so, can I join my sponsoring employer at any time over the course of 5 years prior to citizenship which I shall be applying for after 5 years in 2010?
Will joining my employer, in 2008 say, and staying for 6 months with him suffice for being proof of my having stayed with my employer for 6 months after GC?
Please let me know.
Thanks And Regards,

You are not required, by law, to inform the CIS that you have availed yourself of the provisions of AC21. You may be questioned about your employment history at the time of your citizenship interview but as long as all of your paperwork is in order, you should be fine.
