Hi Guys,
I got my GC in late 2004, and I got married in late 2008 outside of US. My wife is currently residing in my home country. We want to get together ASAP.
Now my question is: Should I file I-130 for her F2A visa now, then later after I naturalizes as a U.S.citizen, call the visa service center to convert her visa class from F2A to IR1. Or wait and do nothing until I naturalizes as a U.S.citizen, then file I-130 for her IR1 visa directly.
Which way you think can bring us together faster? Also do you guys think we need an immigration lawyer for this?
Any feedback are appreciated, thanks a million!
