Finally Me and my spouse got FP today.

I-485 RD July 06 2001
ND Aug 16 2001.

FP reciept date 01-Nov-2002.
FP date 15-Nov-2002

State Florida

Hope everbody all 2001 filers get FP soon.

That's the 2nd FP issued for an August 2001 ND (as per the postings here). That's very promising! Let's hope TSC sends more FPs before the holiday season.

I have a friend who got FP notice yesterday in Dallas. Her ND is Aug 2001.
No luck to me yet. RD 7/12/2001, ND 8/28/2001. Looks like they start sending FP to 2001 cases.

I'm happy that we are seeing some activity. My R.D is 11/19/2001. I filed for my second EAD on 10/15/02 and got my receipt notice on 11/01 /02. NO FP YET
