Got FP notice today ND 04/12/01

Just got the FP notice today, not surprised though, cuz my husband got his one month ago and i called INS 3 times after that and faxed once a few days ago. FP is scheduled 03/26, but i\'ll try earlier cuz the date is too close to my baby due date.

For those who are still waitting for Fp, try call INS, or at least fax to them.

what fax number can i send to? and what time frame is easy to get through, i tried many times, never succeed.

When you called TSC, how did they respond to your inquiry? Did they tell you FP is scheduled by computer program?

I also recieved FP notice for me and my wife for 3/26/2002. I recieved both letters today and my lawyer has recieved courtesy copies.My details are as follow.

Above notice date is for 485, ap and work permit.
I recieved my work permit in october, but my wife has not received it, though avm says that it has approved on Feb 1st and a new card ordered. My 2nd EAD is pending, 2nd ap for me and my wife approved in only 6 days. I hope texas service center is finally moving. I do see lot of approvals now. Just hang on
