Got FP notice for myself and my wife, with yellow form. Here are the details:

PD: 09/23/1997
RD: 07/26/2000
ND: 08/30/2000
EAD/AP approved 09/2000
FP for the week of 01/30/2001

It is Columbus, Ohio. I know how you feel. Same happened to me during I-140, when people filed after me were getting responses.
